PROJECT

Innovative model of International Higher Education that is strengthened with the partnership of the Company and the University.

This international project was born as a response to the rapid technological evolution and the new digital transformation that is generating a gap between demand and supply in the labor market, which will intensify progressively with the need for new emerging professional profiles in the so-called “4th industrial revolution”. It’s necessary to promote mechanisms for permanent curricular updating through new agile and flexible learning models and explore other on-demand training approaches that combine different levels of expert qualifications of a hybrid nature:

Vocational an Educational Training + University + Company.

Why a Hybrid Learning methodology?

Flexible: The Multilevel Hybrid Learning project validates a new agile and flexible learning model focused on covering professional specialisation demands not covered by the formal vocational training curriculum.

Innovative: The Multilevel Hybrid Learning project offers a specialised qualification, combining VOCATIONAL AND EDUCATIONAL TRAINING + UNIVERSITY (10-36 ECTS) + COMPANY. Thus responding to new emerging professional profiles that are increasingly in demand.

Development of multi-level expert contents with their own university degree (18-36 ECTS) of specialisation in subjects not covered by the current vocational and educational training curricula, designed and delivered in collaboration with the company.

The new approach designs a methodology of diagnosis and process shared with the business world to generate new models of alliance that combine VET with multilevel university specialisation expert courses through the agile updating of contents through university degrees of expert or specialisation level, with a 18 to 36 ECTS European Modular Framework, extendable to 60 ECTS if the degree of qualification and specialisation requires it.
This new agile curriculum design model seeks to complement and update vocational training to adapt it to new labour demands and to promote “blended and multidisciplinary learning based on open work and online training” for flexible development in VET training centres, companies and universities depending on market demand or employment needs and including professional development.
The didactic modality combines “tailor-made” training criteria (distance, face-to-face or blended learning) and is flexible depending on the place where the expert training is given or received (training centre, university, home or company). It includes actions to support gender equity in STEM areas and the design of flexible and adapted tools for access to technical training for people with reduced mobility.
