Multilevel Hybrid Learning is a space of impulse and adaptation to the new needs of the labour market.

Specially addressed to:
– Companies requiring additional training for their staff.
– Companies requiring qualified personnel.
– Personas que precisen ampliar formación.

Under the new Law 3/2022, on the organisation and integration of Vocational Training, approved by the Spanish Parliament on 31 March. The International Department of San Valero Group launches: Multilevel Hybrid Learning.

Multilevel Hybrid Learning offers a permanent curricular update through innovative models of agile and flexible learning, “training on demand”, which combine different levels of expert qualification of a hybrid nature (vocational training + university + company).

Multilevel Hybrid Learning, aims to support individuals to acquire and develop basic skills and key competences in line with the Recommendation of the European Parliament and of the Council, to “boost employability in new specialisations, skills and occupational profiles associated with the profound and rapid transformation of the labour market and with a vision for the future in fields that are strategic for smart economic and social development”.

The specific objectives of the project are:

1º Validation of a new agile and flexible learning model focused on covering professional specialisation demands not covered by the formal vocational training curriculum.

2º Innovation in the specialised qualification approach, combining vocational training + university (18-36 ECTS) + company, thus responding to new emerging professional profiles in growing demand.

3º Development of multi-level expert contents with their own university degree (18-36 ECTS) of specialisation in subjects not covered by the current vocational training curricula, designed and taught in collaboration with the company.

4º Promotion of the use of flexible and adapted tools facilitating the acquisition of key competences of women in STEM professional areas and profiles.
