This expert course developed for the European project Multilevel Hybrid Learning responds to the rapid technological evolution and the new digital transformation that is generating a gap between demand and supply in the labour market, which will intensify progressively with the need for new emerging professional profiles in the so-called “4th industrial revolution”.
The wide range of products on offer today requires more than ever that companies make an effort to develop new products that are appreciated as valuable by customers and within very short deadlines in order to respond to demand in time and not miss out on opportunities. Product innovation is now a permanent requirement of the industry.
To develop product innovations, it is necessary to master advanced tools for the design of new products and to understand the importance of integrating customer feedback from the beginning of the process and to respond to the growing demand for jobs linked to the interconnected industry (IoT) and robotics,both to generate new professional profiles and to update other traditional profiles linked to them.
